WOW Embossing Powder Changers Glisten. This is a brand new addition to the WOW Embossing powder range, which you can use with your existing powders. The WOW Changers are designed to be added to another embossing powder to change the way it looks. Mix Glisten with any plain powder and it will lighten the colour and make it sparkly, the more you add the lighter and sparklier it becomes. The powder is non toxic and supplied in a 15ml jar.
