Confetti Circle Stencil

WOW! Confetti Circle Stencil. This is a great stencil set which can be used in many ways to give different effects and colour combinations. The stencil has three main parts, a circle stencil, 6cm diameter which can be used to create a coloured or raised circular area. The solid centre to the confetti circle is the same size to allow you to mask over the circle and add the confetti dots in a different colour or texture. The circular cut out from the stencil is also included and this too can be used as a mask. The overall stencil size is 14.5cm square.
