WOW Embossing Powder Changers Sheen. This is a brand new addition to the WOW Embossing powder range, which you can use with your existing powders to make new colours. The WOW Changers are designed to be added to another embossing powder to change the way it looks. Mix Sheen with any plain powder and it will lighten the colour and give it a pearly sheen, the more you add the lighter and more shimmery it becomes. The powder is non toxic and supplied in a 15ml jar.
