Metal Edge Plastic Piercing Ruler

Crafts-Too Ltd Metal Edge Piercing Ruler. This is a 30cm clear plastic ruler marked out in cm and mm. It has one metal edge to avoid chipping etc. and also has stitching or piercing holes at 4mm intervals. Use the ruler for all the usual measuring and ruled lines but also for creating straight lines for stitching or for creating lines of piercing on card, paper, vellum etc.
