Grunge Dark Tones 6 x 6 Paper Pad

Craft Consortium are well known for their high quality paper pads, Grunge Dark Tones, part of their Essential Paper Pads range is no exception. There are 20 superb designs in this pad featuring a range of strong darker colours, purples, reds, greens and blues, distressed with black to give the dark tones. The amount of black distressing varies from one design to another so some will show much more of the colour whilst others are quite dark, the grey pages have some white distressing as do the some of the blue making them slightly lighter than the rest of the pad. The distressing adds a wonderful textured effect to the pages making them perfect for all types of papercraft. The 180gsm paper is strong enough to be used with embossing folders so you can add extra texture and design to the paper, the raised areas of embossing can also be sanded using a fine sanding block to show the white core of the paper through creating a fabulous effect against the dark background. It is possible to stamp directly on to the paper and of course to heat emboss your stamping, this way you can create the appearance of resist inking.

The pad contains 40 double sided sheets with four pages each of 20 different designs, so many possibilities!
