Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powder is a mica pearl and dye mix, that when combined with water will create beautiful shimmering colour effects on any porous surface. White Pearl Mixer can be used on it's own and will look great on coloured card. It can also be mixed with any of the other colours to add even more stunning pearly effects.  Sold in a 30ml bottle.
