Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powder is a mica pearl and dye mix, that when combined with water will create beautiful shimmering colour effects on any porous surface. Silver Dream is a pure silver colour, perfect for wedding and Christmas card making or wherever you want a beautiful silver sheen. Each powder can be used on it's own or combined with other colours for even more stunning effects. Sprinkle onto card and spritz with water or mix with water in a paint palette and apply with a brush. Sold in a 30ml bottle.
