Hi Everyone, here’s a bright and colourful card to try out the new Confetti Burst embossing folder.
To Make The Card
Start with a 6 x 6 inch white blank card, and layer it with pink card. Cut a piece of white card to 13.9cm square and emboss it with the Confetti Burst embossing folder. Glue this over the pink layer.
Die cut an assortment of balloons in different sizes and colours and arrange them in the centre of the card with some overlapping. Some of my balloons are cut from left over card that had been coloured with Pixie Powder. Draw in strings for the balloons with a black pen.
Cut a strip of pink card and add a gold Happy Birthday peel off greeting. Adhere this over the ends of the balloon strings using adhesive foam pads to lift it.
I am very pleased with the embossing folder, I like the way it frames an area where you can add whatever you want. It would be great for wedding cards too. Thank you for visiting, I hope you like the card.
