Hi Everyone, I just love this large snowflake die, there are so many things you can do with it. I realised as I started to write this that the main elements of the card are almost the same as the last card – die cut snowflake, embossed background and peel off greeting, but the two cards are completely different!
Start with a 5 x 7 inch white blank card and layer it with dark blue card. Cut a piece of white card slightly smaller than the blue layer and dry emboss with the snowfall embossing folder, cut it on an angle so that the left side is longer than the right and adhere to the card front.
Attach a strip of 6mm wide double sided tape over the join between the blue background and the white embossed card. Remove the backing tape and sprinkle with fine grade silver glitter, shake off the excess and return it to the pot.
Die cut a large and a small snowflake from silver mirror card and a medium sized one from white card, layer the three snowflakes and attach them to the left side of the card, add a 5mm adhesive crystal to the centre of the snowflakes.
Add a silver peel off message to the bottom left section of the card and it’s done. All the products are linked below, I love the layered effect of the different sized snowflakes, I am not sure the photo does them justice. I hope you like it, please leave a comment to let me know what you think.
Thanks for visiting.
