Hi Everyone
Here’s the last in my current series of die cut poinsettia cards, I hope you have enjoyed them. After the white on white and monochrome cards I decided to finish with a cosy Christmas card with a traditional colored poinsettia as it’s centre piece.
I cut and scored the card blank myself, the folded card measures 11 x 15cm, I die cut red card and patterned paper using a curved border die to make the background for the flower. The flower is die cut from red card using two of the largest petal sets and one each of the smaller ones, and the leaves are cut from green card using the largest petal set, and small gold adhesive pearls formed the stamens.
I used a bamboo skewer to gently roll and curve the petals to add dimension to the flower, but left the leaves flat. The greeting is a gold peel off.
I love the traditional Christmas colors on this card and hope you do too, thank you for reading.

Like the traditional colours you've used and the curved design adds something a bit extra x
